SteelSoft TV is one of the best and free Internet TV software on the market. It is perfectly compatible with every Windows platform (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7).
Its features:

-You can run up to 3 TV station in the same time: play a TV station, preview a second one and record the 3rd -Picture in Picture functionality: you can watch a TV station while you keep monitories another.
